As part of an owners corporation, we recently engaged Total Facility Maintenance in the substantial upgrade of external works on our property.  The works were on a significant historical building with an external heritage overlay.  This raised a number of issues relating to scaffolding and access to steep slate roofing, the sensitive replacement and repair of external facades, guttering and original features to ensure preservation of the quality and appearance of the building as well as  the coordination of a large number of skilled tradesmen.

TFM not only rose to the challenge when other builders were not prepared to assist, but surpassed all our expectations in the delivery of service, efficient and timely coordination of all trades to minimise ongoing scaffolding costs and excellent craftsmanship of which the original builders would have been proud.  The work was done under budget, ahead of schedule and with a level of efficiency tantamount to a military operation!  All owners are delighted with the final result and we could not recommend Total Facility Maintenance and the team highly enough.
